How do I access the Enhanced Materials on my Pirates Movie Soundtrack?
MAC: On your desktop double click on the "Pirates Enhanced" CD. Double click on "Start" to launch.

WINDOWS: Double click on "My Computer". Right click on your CD-ROM
drive and select "Open" or "Explore". Double click on "Start" to launch.

System Requirements:
MAC: PowerPC G3 500MHz or faster with 256MB of RAM.

WINDOWS: Intel Pentium II 450MHZ or faster with 256MB of RAM.

How do I get technical help with GameWave?
Visit GameWave web site for assistance. If your questions aren't answered, be sure to let us know!

How do I get VeggieTales PC games to work on Vista or Windows 7?
Change the compatibility mode! Right click on Game Icon. Select Properties. Select Compatibility Tab. Click Compatibility Mode box. Click drop down box and select Windows 98. Click OK button. Start game.

My Video/DVD is not working. What should I do?
If the following steps do not work, please contact us at CustomerService:

At the menu, press PLAY
Once the DVD goes back to the main menu, press STOP
At the blank blue screen, press PLAY again

How can I submit a story idea?
We are honored that our fans want to share their creative ideas and talent with us. Unfortunately, due to legal issues, Big Idea's policy does not allow us to accept or review unsolicited submissions. Considering such an idea presents a legal concern because of the possibility that a similar idea is already being developed in our studio.

Are shows produced in other languages?
We are now producing shows in Spanish. Big Idea shows may be available in your local language and format. Check our Products page online and with Christian retailers in your area.

Are the shows closed-captioned?
All DVDs offer English subtitles with following exceptions:
Lyle the Kindly Viking (without "VeggieTales Classics" printed in silver on the cover)
Heroes of the Bible I & II

Is VeggieTales broadcast on television?
Yes! VeggieTales and 3-2-1 Penguins! can be seen on NBC, Telemundo and ION Television. Check your local TV guide.

How do I request permission to show a video in public?

Where are the hidden features on the DVD?
All of our Easter Eggs can be found in the main menu and submenus of our DVDs by browsing with your East, West, South and North direction buttons on your DVD remote (e.g., for The Wonderful World of Autotainment our Easter Eggs are in the following sections: Features, Previews and Fun.) Some DVDs offer a 4th egg if you answer all of the trivia questions.

What animation software do you use?
The animation software we use is called "Maya."

Can the public tour the Big Idea facility?
Due to production demands, confidentiality issues and the layout of our offices, we are unable to offer tours.

I am working on a school project. Can I interview someone from Big Idea or get materials?
Due to the number of requests received and staffing limitations we are unable to offer personal assistance. Please check out our Web site and visit your local library for more information.

Why can't I save or download your clips?
We invite you to enjoy all our clips online. We've employed technology which does not allow for the saving of our clips to prevent the unauthorized distribution of our content.

What is USPS?
This stands for United States Postal Service. If you choose this method your package will be delivered by your US mail person with your daily mail delivery. Special delivery instructions are not available with USPS choices: Parcel Post, First Class, Priority Mail. There is no tracking of your package for these methods, but delivery confirmation is included.

What is UPS?
This is the brown truck with person dressed in brown uniform! This method is guaranteed delivery with tracking information. You can see where your package is "in route" and know exactly when your package will be delivered using your tracking number and UPS.com web site.
