Small blanket or tarp.
Ask participants to stand on the blanket. Tell them that they are high in the clouds flying on a magic carpet. Unfortunately, the group is going the wrong direction because the magic carpet is upside down! The group must figure out a way to turn the magic carpet over while everyone's feet remain on the blanket. Too hard? Try a larger blanket. Too easy? Go with a smaller one.
